Omega Lift 4412T20MS 4WD:
noisy drive axle

4412T20MS 4 WD OMEGA LIFT Loud squawk / chatter from steer axle / differential. not from ujoints. no noise until wheel is almost at the limit of turn angle. wet brakes have been thouroughly inspected and any and all out of spec parts have been replaced. any ideas? "steponmebbbboom" looks like you are the resident expert.....got any suggestions?

sorry for the late reply, if the brakes are adjusted properly and lock tabs are in place the only thing I can suggest is to double check the diff oil you are using. as i remember a friction modifier had to be added. if the differential is limited slip which as i recall it is, using straight gear oil without the modifier will cause those parts to groan when sliding against each other.
