We received 3 2017 841 model Raymond jacks. All 3 have same issue of no travel after power up with keypad. No codes on display or TPA. Other functions okay. ERS will activate and move. Also, if double tapping rabbit switch with accelerator activated, it will allow handle first travel. I see no Iwarehouse equipment on these machines. I suspect there may be some additional access input required.
