No travel, no codes.

Unit has had 4 traction pots installed, and a handle harness all the way to the terminal board. Unit has full battery volts. Has travel contact pickup in both directions. Travels with reversing button but not with pot. Pot is not ranging but do not want to put a 5th pot in it. Has 14 volts negative to frame and 5 volts positive to frame. No flashing lights on controller.
