Discussion:
No start

Lift came into us with intermittent no start, no start signal to the starter relay from the sub controller when it happens. Replaced the sub with a new controller and no change, we also noticed the battery was going dead and found a 4 amp draw to the alternator on the primary wire. Replaced the alternator twice and keep getting 18-19 volts charging off of them. Has anyone seen these conditions on these units that are related? Can't tell if its two separate issues or if one is the cause of the other. All inputs, batt + and ground to the sub have checked out with testing, no wiring issues found.

Did you ever have any luck with this issue? I've got a unit doing basically the same stuff and I've done all of the same testing, but I'm still at a loss.
