bought lift at auction installed new batteries charged batteries , indicator shows Maintenance reg and no function but occasionally runs and lifts no code number

may have to connect to units controller and turn off maintance funcation. if you have a curits hand set newer hand set you can plug into controller with the 4 pin molex connector near the triangle plug

I have not seen this yet. Normally there is a trouble code if the truck will not run. Maintenance reg is not on my list. You may need to contact a local dealer to connect to the truck and see what is goin on.
