Yeah unfortunately crown does not have any branches in Mexico so you are dealing with a 3rd party dealer, some of which are a pain to work with especially outside of the US. I'd call the closest branch even if it is in the US as they can light a fire under the dealer to get them to take care of this.

It sounds like the access 3 memory keeps reseting or you have a line coil/brake drive short. Typically when it throws codes that don't exist something is typically wrong with one of the modules. Because it is happening during drive, and code 349 I'd guess the access 3 is having issues possibly with its memory causing it to disable all functions, reset memory and then once the code is cleared act normal.

If this is a brand new lift (less than 365 days old) contact your local crown dealer as this is a factory warranty. Labor and parts should be covered to fix this issue. Replacing modules can get very expensive.

In this week’s Forkliftaction News we look at two topics coming out of LogiMAT 2025 held in Stuttgart in March. The first was the large increase in exhibitors coming from China who are making it clear they have their sights set on markets outside of China (see story). The second is a closer look at what was the main theme of the trade show - the growing rise in automation, how it is changing the sector and how enthusiastically it is being embraced by younger generations...
