I have no lift and it looks like the cables from the pump motor go to the controller. Since I have no lift, I was looking for fuses and only saw two small fuses on the circuit board of the controller. Does anyone know anything about this system, or know where a power fuse is?

that green LED should be marked as V66.
if this is correct then...
If any input from the 1S2(drive switch), 1S3(inching switch), 7S22(brake switch) or 2S7(lift limit switch) switches are detected that light should go from flashing to solid for approximately 2 seconds and then flashes again.
If it never pauses for the 2 seconds as described above then you have an input signal problem.
I would say that there is a signal input problem from the control handle.
Check the wiring, connectors etc and make sure there are no faulty connections or bad wires.
Double check that the switch at the base of the handle arm where it meets the drive unit is operating properly when the handle is pulled down. If that switch is not working then you will have no function.
On the back board, there are two green and one red. The red goes off once you activate the travel. The green ( middle) continually blinks, whether you try lifting or driving. The left green, stay solid all the time.
do this
without jumping the circuit to make it run
turn on the lift and try to operate it
look on the controller and it should have 2 LED lights
a green one and a red one (there may be more than one red one)
what are they doing when you activate the travel?
if there is an error present they will be flashing a code either when you turn on the unit or when you try to operate it
how many flashes and if there is more than one sequence of flashes tell me the order they come in when you first see it
Thanks! All the fuses are good. Ran direct current to the contractor and the motor works. So does lowering. I also have power and continuity to the switch. Do you know wire numbers through the handle? I must have a broken wire. If you can get me the wire numbers, or where the wire goes from the switch, it would be appreciated!
if you remove the cover on the controller there are 5 fuses inside
2 on the top circuit board
- 6F1 - EA/BZ fuse
- F1 - Overall control fuse
and 3 on the main board
- 1F10 Drive motor fuse (parallel to 1F1)
- 2F1 Pump motor fuse
- 1F1 Drive motor fuse
