No Lift No Tilt. Forward/Reverse very slow. Low battery shown.

ive check the battery voltage and tried another battery. but it always show a low batter. i really dont have any idea whats problem is going on. check all the wire. and everything just fine.

i just need a suggestion. Thankyou.

Not showing any errors. Its just saying low battery. Charge battery
But I've charged it already. Also tried another 48v battery. Still the same. I've run out of idea.
