Clark TM15S:
no lift function

working on an older TM15s good main power fuse, new contact tips, pump will run fine manually depressing the contactor. this lift does not have a lift cut-out like a curtis controller. good battery voltage. control wires on the contactor are 30 and 28. Does anybody know if this machine has a small fuse for that curcuit, and where does this curcuit get its power from.

Apparently this model on later versions used a coil driver on the contactor so they had problems latching. This was a back up lift and i got kicked off the repair as they did'nt want to spend any more money. I think the controller is the problem. If you manually close the pump contactor does the pump run ?

Did you find the problem? I am having the same issue on a TM15. I have steering, forward, reverse, the pump is running, The lift and tilt levers actuate the right most contactor but nothing happens. I've tried manually closing two contactors that are not related to steering or directional control.
