No lift from platform

Hello All, I have a skyjack SJlll3219 scissor lift that will not raise from platform. I have inspected all the harnesses, replaced the contact blocks for the emergency stop, swapped control boxes. I do have lift from the base. Also my emergency stops will not light up unless I use the lift from base position. I'm thinking bad key switch but just looking for other thoughts.

Mr Morris,
the keyswitch is a good guess but it could be more than that.
if you go to skyjack's website and look in the manuals section you can find your service manual by serial number. It has a pretty good troubleshooting guide by symptom and tells you were to check it with a flow chart.
