No lift but has steering

This truck has low speed hydraulics for steering but the high speed that runs the lift won't turn on. Battery is at 38. Checked all switches at lift handles / ok. Fuses are good on the card under the dash. There is a fork symbol on the dash that is flashing two times every minute. Not sure what that means.

flashing fork means lift cut out low batt. Tech will have to come with laptop imo.

I hate these trucks... nothing but software glitches and problems. My recommendation is to drive it off the dock. :) sorry.
