I bought a Crown FC4515-40 last December at Ritchies Auction. Battery was almost dead when I received it so charged it a couple time before using it. It worked fine for a couple of weeks and suddenly wouldn't go forward or reverse anymore. Service guy came to check everything, connections seemed good I have voltage on accel pedal when I push it but motor wont engage. It looks like it want to move but just move one or two millimeters. Crown told my guy it could be the drive motor that was faulty, he rebuilt the motor reassembled it and still doesn't work. My service guy is a little lost now

So is there dual drive motors? When your on the seat and activate the seat switch, is there a display message for brake pedal to be pressed, which type of direction control? Shift lever or is it on the accelerator pedal for monotrol? Do you have access to the service menus?
Typical AC motors in any of these situations are not a rebuild unless it's a specific code for the encoder.
Do you hear the brakes activate or release?
Hi,
The display is access123 1 display line with 4arrows and enter button with performance 123
No code and the motor is ac
Power steering is active yes
What type of display does this have? Assuming it's a DC drive motor? Powers steering comes on when on the seat? Event codes present?
