It's old. Not sure of the year but I know I've had it for 16 years. First real problem I've ever had with it. Don't see any interlocks on the cover panels but I replaced that large capacitor that didn't fix it. I have voltage at the primary side of all the contractors but my battery gauge says zero when it's not and the little icon directly at the bottom of the battery gauge is just flashing orange. I'm assuming it's in some kind of lockout mode just need to figure out why.

I'm not a Forklift technician by I understand the contractors...i guess...and they all move freely and like I said I've got voltage on i believe what is called the primary side???

Does the computer actuate the contractors by grounding the other leg on the primary side?

When you turn off the key the hour meter should flash the hours for a second. Sounds like you have 60 hours on that truck.

I don't know the age of this truck but many of them have switches under the battery covers that indicate when the side cover isn't installed correctly. I'd check those switches.
