No Electrics or Dash display

We don't have the line contactor coming in or any power to the ignition switch or Dash display. We are getting 48 battery voltage to the DC convertor and 12 volts out. Any assistance would be appreciated. Hyster E2.00XMS, E114A0621B YoM 2005.

hi, i have a same problem do you have solve the problem?! i thinks is software corrupted the mcu motorola have 5v but doesnt boot, doesnt oscilate crystal
