Nissan cybo2 no go

this thing has been whooping my tail. Everything seems to be okay. F and R contactors close and no scr hum no power out to motor.
I can read the acel voltages on the card I can read everything on the card except I do not get a mps drop. And no power to fuse 11 circuit.
Any Ideas.

Today I Changed out the Comunications diode and the main thyristor and now I have power on my circuit.
my mps drops on acceleration.
But I'm still a no go.
I pulled all diodes recs and everything and power tested them. all are testing good.


I'm running out of hair to pull out.
