Where can I find repair kits for nikki lpg regulators/vaporizers?
I go to SMH but they do not have complete kits.

Result: Parts were nearly 5 bills! I was quite surprised.
Was pretty easy to OH, all went well, cheaper than a new unit in my opinion, the way to go...I could do it again pretty quickly.
Thanks again all.

I have rebuilt a dozen or more of these mostly because of tar build up in them and taking the diaphrams out and the flapper valve.

I work for a Forklift Co. that covers many states here in the US and know that the best we can get a new NIKKI Regulator for is about $800-900 US Dollars is MUCH more cost effective to rebuild as it only takes about an hour or 2 to take it out and rebuild and put back in

My opinion is to replace the whole assembly with new. Might be more cost effective on labor

these are the current/to date parts. I carry these on my service van for the company that i work for and have used them on over a dozen NIKKI so far with no problems. We get the diaphrams from nissan and the valve assy from cat just because it is a little cheaper to buy from them.

Be very careful using the repair parts as these were for older units and these regulators have gone through various changes over the years.

havent found a complete kit, have to get all the parts seperately. Mostly will need the primary and secondary diaphrams and the valve assembly can get them thru nissan or caterpillar they both use the NIKKI
