yeah my next suggestion would of been to clean the injector and see if that made a difference. But generally when the injectors start going bad and acting up you wind up replacing them, at least in my experience that's the way its always gone.
I did it ended up needing a new injector
I put a new vaporizer on the unit and it runs now. But when I rev the engine it won't idle it just dies. Cleaned both injectors and unit still runs rough
how much time do you have invested in it already?
compare that to the cost of a rebuilt or new one and then decide if you want to continue to 'fix' that one or just put one on it that you know works
that is unless money is no object and you're just wanting to learn about it ;o)
Did you by chance leave out the balance pin during assembly of the primary chamber and diaphragm?
Another thing I have seen happen is installing the balance pin diaphragm upside down which will cause the balance diaphragm to rupture and let unregulated LPG to be sent out of the regulator fuel delivery hose to the injectors.
The balance diaphragm and pin help to fine tune the regulator to compensate for a range of pressure differences in fuel tanks due mainly to ambient temperature changes.
Are you getting the O-ring installed properly (that seals the primary valve brass pivot base to the aluminum regulator body)?
If that O-ring is missing or installed incorrectly, unregulated LPG will the result because LPG is bypassing the primary valve.
Did you try adjusting the pressure with the screw that pushes on the spring? But at 35psi it seems like the valve is not seating properly.
