Hi to all.
I wonder if somebody could help me with this problem.Forklift was running normally,but costumer told me that sometimes it loses traction,forward and reverse.But after an hour(more or less)it runs again!!Now it stops permanently!Steering its ok(motor starts when switch forward or reverse),hidraulics also ok.All 4 traction contactors are ok,but they arent energised in any direction.Tested accel. pot. and micro and are good. I just noted the diagnostic led in traction controller blinks twice when we depress the accel pedal,but have any info about this forklift model.
Hope some one could help me.

Just to say that problems solved.Found a SCR Thyristor damaged,replaced him and forklift runs ok again.

Hi marc b.Thanks for your reply.This forklift only have 2 black boxes,one is the traction controller and the other is connected to this one,but with any reference.I suspect this controller its not the original,i dont know the historic of this forklift.Can i send you a foto of the controller just to check if it matchs?

Hello Feitor, this is an old model ;) anyhow I think that the problem is the pink coloured module. We had the same problem with another model and we had to change the module.

I would argue that there is a connection that is not in good condition, the line contactor, socket sensor / on weak components (capacitors, diodes, we found a defective unit during heat / 1 hour, when the damage occurs when the connection is not good
