Nichiyu FB20P-70AC, the MCU don't operate

I have a MCU Nichiyu, model: PC100-90B. LED3&4 (P7,P15) light but LED1&2 (CPU) don't flash. The forklift don't operate. May you help me?

Sorry Mr.marcb for answer to late, cause my customer have a change, they decide to change a different forklift, I didn't repair that MCU,

Hello Minh, can you give me the complete model and serial number of the forklift? Can you tell me if the main contactor closes when you switch on the contact switch? Doesn't it give any error messages? The LED is on the Main Print Card or on the Display Board? Give me as much information.
