Hi Marcb, i have a problem with this forklift. The thing is, i changed the mpu board as it was damaged. With the new board i set all the options as required in the manual and the problem i get with, is that i cannot set the starting current ant current limitation. Hey Ouano, I think that you're having a battery problem or a bad connection somewhere. Attach a voltmeter on the battery and start the machine up. I guess you will see the voltage going up and down at that moment.

I have NICHIYU FB15PN-DC70-300, when i turn switch on there is no display in display panel of forklift, the power relay keeps on vibrating and you can hear an abnormal noise. The main contact doesnt come in but no digit visible. In MPU board i see only redlit in p12. No function in all. What should we do.? Thank you so much in advance.

Sometimes the main engine contactor comes in, but it hits a lot of sparks and just a little tug. Hey Minh, I think someone has changed the option setting of the machine. Please control the option setting by putting RS1 (on the main print card) to 7, switch on the contact. The 2th and 3th number starting from the left side must be on 0 and not on 1. if you need to change that number, use the M button to go to the next number and + or - button to change the value. Switch the contact OFF and change the RS1 back to O, switch it back ON and see what the result is.
