Help! I have a Yale Electric forklift that's was purchased Used around 1998. The model number / serial number had been removed.
I now need service to it and I'm told by repair shop they can't because of lack of information.

Hey James,

This is an old ERC025 or 030AA or AB lift. Looks like a triplex mast with a reach height of 195 inches. I suspect the year is late 70's or early 80's. It is probably using EV1 electronics. The hydraulic handles will have switches that turn on the hydraulic motor, so you have pressure when the valve is moved. There are diodes in the system so there is no feedback from one function to the other. Good Luck
