Javad_K, {I am no lawyer, but} I am pretty sure that no one in the USA or the EU (and a number of other countries) is legally permitted to assist anyone in your country with this sort of information. This is due to the political and nuclear Energy/Weapons situation your [and our] government insists upon, and not related to your desire to correctly fix forklifts.
