Need a Starter for yale forklift.

Need a starter for a older yale forklift. We believe its a early 80's with a Chrysler slant 6. We also thrown 2 staters on it in the past year, unfortunately we don't have the original starter and really don't know if were ordering the right one. Model #: GLP080LCJSBE083 Serial #: N409408

Can you check the flywheel tooth ring is it 130 ? and if the engine block have two holes for starter motor to be fixed?
