1- HOW CAN I MAKE THE TESTS WITH THE SWITCH RUN -TEST-DIAGNOSTIC
WHAT ARE THE POSITIONS FOR THE MICRO DEEP SWITCHS ON THE LOGIC CONTROLLER(8 switchs) AND THE AC CONTROLLER (16 switchs)

MITSUBISCHI FB20KT SERIAL NUMBER EFB5A-75499
THERE ARE TWO CONTACTORS AND THE BATTERY VOLTAGE IS 48V. THE CONTROLLER IS :3WBT- F/L CONTROLLER(IGBT) version 7.1
THE LOGIC BOARDS THAT I TRIED ARE:
1- THE ORIGINAL WITH THE SMOLL SQUARE COMPUTER MARQUED : 16A50-16601-N02
2-FROM ANOTHER FORKLIFT BUT DIFFERENT SEEING THAT IT IS MARQUED: 16A50-30700-P05

there are different logic cards for different battery voltages and options (contactor or chopper hydraulics)
what is the serial number of your truck? do you know what controller it has?

did you reuse the same 'prom" (a small square computer chip on the logics board)?
