Clark TM12:
Missing serial number tag

I have a 1985 TM 17 36 volt, I need to order a new control card but to do this I need the serial number. The problem is someone at some point took the I.D. tag off the lift. Where else can I find the serial number on this unit. Also, the control card is a GE IC3645LXCD1 VK (or so it says on the card) I need the EV100-LXT, I have located a LX but not the LXT. Can anyone help point me in the right direction on this, thanks in advance.

The serial number is usually under a floor plate along the frame R/S. However, you can probably get a re-man, one year warranty from flight systems PH# (717) 254-3747 have GE # available.
