Toyota 30-5FBCU25:
MG Contactor arching

I have just re/re a drive motor, sent out for repairs and reinstalled. Error code E7 came up and now the MG contactor is arching upon initializing power. Unit is in Neutral position. Any type of help to test would be appreciated.
