Manufacturers Dearth of Vital Safety Information

You can tell who really are the "World Leading Manufacturers" by simply seeing what "Technical & Safety Support" they provide to fellow industry companies - the professional ones readily supply info and the others fail miserably! I recently tried to get a new revised Rating from a so called World Leading Manufacturer (Hyster Yale) on a Used Truck that we are fitting an attachment to and are still waiting after 2x weeks - what a joke... Their competitors usually return the same within 24 hours - I will not be buying anymore Trucks from such poor suppliers again!

I'm not Bashing any particular company, unfortunately, I can't think of any other manufacturer that we we purchase Trucks off that fail to give Technical/Safety Back up services...

Don't leave the competitor anonymous. If you'll bash Yale by name then compliment the competitor by name.

You get what you pay for.... and you haven't paid.
