Manually release brakes?

Hello, have a truck here where the dash display doesnt turn on when started, hydraulics are disabled, will not move forward/reverse.. truck has the electronic parking brake and will not release.. truck does start and run.. does anyone have any ideas how to manually release the brakes on this model truck so it can be loaded onto a trailer, any help is appreciated, thanks

There is emergency relief port in the parking brake valve, left side of the transmission. But you need special tool for release the brake. if you dont have it, maybe easier remove the drive axle.

Just pull one axle out.
