It's looking like I've got a few issues going on and I found some guys in the neighborhood who hauled it in their shop to help get it going initially. I think I'll be able to do some smaller maintenance things once it is up and running. i think I'm looking at a bad regulator , a new starter and a few other tune up items at first.
I would still love to track down a Manual for the Hyster S30xl if anyone knows where I could find a digital copy.
Hi, Flylo, first check the coolant level in the radiator, and top it up if it is low,as coolant flows around the gas regulator and prevents frosting,
The other possibility is there is a damaged diaphragm in the regulator leaking gas, also check for any gas leaks around the regulator from hose and pipe connections and fittings and this could lead to frosting.
