Manitou ME316/Samuk HJ16 Danaher controller

I have a manitou ME316 with fault code 108 - ACS under voltage, in the trouble shooting chart it says fault detected by canion, i believe this must meen the can bus circuit detected the fault. The fault is very strange because the error code only appears when you release the hand brake. I have changed the OPT10 and the VMC with a different truck and they are both ok. Battery voltage apperas to be ok on all heavy wiring and all control wiring.

Hi Leon.
Strange fault indeed!
What is the serial nr? and year?
Did you noticed any difference between the traction motors?
Checked voltage leakage from battery to truck chassis?
Factory order modifications in some models.
Please let me known,best regards.
