M 1 on display s/n: A419N04661P

Unit went into turtle mode, no lift, displayed M1 5/16/22 at 5:45 PM.
Customer did not charge pallet jack after this problem.
5/17/2022 at 9:00 AM I checked unit, BDI showing 84% charge, works perfectly.
Any thoughts will be very much appreciated.
