I have an issue with a new to me lift, when trying to go forward from a stop the machine does not want to move, once it gets rolling it chatters some and then has no issues until it slows down. Second gear works fine. The shop I bought it from is stumped, what they did say Is that there is no pressure at the port needed for first gear until it shifts into second. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
