Wilson, new hoses do not solve noise problem. I have 27 new lindes I take care of and all 27 make this noise. Have changed the hydralic hoses at the hyd tank and it did no good. These are new units and linde will not own up to it. Noise sounds like cavitation. Its not. Noise happens when using hyd functions. Preformance of the units is ok. Its the noise.Linde warranty department stated they would supply 2 new hoses and thats as far as they will go.They will not pay for labor to replace or travel time. Also to, same customer bought 13 new units 2 years ago and after 800 hours noise starts. The 27 new ones stareted soon as we recieved them. Not sure what was changed in the system but linde should own up to it and fix it. The models are H35. LP units. Cant push for customer to buy a linde when linde wont fix what is suppose to be warranty. Clark, Doosan. They stand behind their units.. I love the Linde trucks. But its bad when they wont fix their flaws.
I attend Linde training last month.and Linde have new solution for noisy hydraulic system it will change the new suction pipe you can inquiry the Linde dealer near you
One way i have changed hyd oil is take hose off side shift function and fill a bucket.bleeding oil into bucket till cavitation noise starts. I get about 5 gal. then i refill. check all clamps at hyd tank.
Hi, concerning the air in the hydraulics.
Usually, Linde trucks deaerate themselves while working. If the air remains in the system, it means it's getting sucked.
Did you replace the suction filter (in the hydraulics tank)?
If yes, probably you missed to change the big O-ring under the cap.
I've seen it on many trucks, that after the filter replacement, the system suc.s the air under the hydraulics tank cap.
Check the cap itself. It may be damaged. Check the other hydraulics filters.
The oil replacement procedure is described with details in operators instruction. The drain plug is under the truck, on the left side.
You pour the oil through the filler (where the vent filter is).
Concerning the yellow light (does the symbol looks like a spiral or spring?) probably IFD45 was right. It may be glow plug or some engine problerm
Check the hose and clamps prior to the hydraulic pump. It may be pulling in air. I have never had a problem with the air being worked out of the system on a 39x Linde lift after draining oil and replacing filters. It will be worked out when the controls are operated and it is driven.
The yellow flashing light in the dash sounds like the glow plug light. When it flashes there is a fault with the engine controls or faulty wiring.
