Hi friend,

I assume that you know what the error 104 mean. But just think that:
Possible causes:
1. Cable connections between seat switch (S4)and controller (N1:33, N1:38) faulty.
2. Cable connections between pedal position sensor (1B2) and controller (N1:1, N1:32, N1:49, N1:61) faulty.
3. Seat switch (S4) defective.
4. Pedal position sensor (1B2) defective

These 2 signals are not synchronized each other may cause to stop the Engine to start. please check and try to clear this error before doing the next step.

Furthermore, This truck has 2 speed sensors : Engine speed sensor and truck speed sensor. So you need to check the other one as well. This is because the controller normally couldn't know if the speed sensor is in good or not so he never alarm an error for speed sensor problem.
Good luck

As I understand, the engine starts and stops when the fuel is cut off.
Is it right (please adi m. confirm)

Timing setting,
I simply try to figure if everything is OK with the engine itself.
By timing I mean ignition timing.
Are the spark plugs OK?

I am still not convinced if it's not an LPG system problem.
If the mixer, for example, is dirty and the piston inside "hangs" it may cause similar outcome as you described.

The same with the coil. There were some very tricky issues with the ignition coils on 39X trucks.
The older (black) ones were behaving strange. It could happen, that on one truck it was OK, on another it was faulty.
Please confirm if you have the blue ignition coil.

Check if the wiring is OK. Perhaps you have some short circuit.

I will consult the issue with one of my specialists who serviced tens of such trucks. Maybe he finds something.

adi m, if you look at this truck's wiring shcematics and diagram it will give you the answer as to why the engine is spinning but not starting. When the starter is engaged a great deal of current is removed from the rest of the vehicle. This is shown by the voltage drop. Basic electrics it is the amount of current or flow of electrons that is needed to do work. To test my hypothesis you can spray a shop cloth with either and place it over the engine's air intake and allow the engine to just snif it while it is cranking and if the engine starts or just tries to start your problem is fuel related. However, if it doesn't attempt to start, the problem is electrically related.

Hi,

I still suspect something is wrong with the LPG system.

Anyway...

Is the selenoid on the truck black or blue?
Should be blue, there were serious problems with the black ones.

Try to remove the piston from the LPG valve under the selenoid. The valve opens/closes when activated by the selenoid.
Without the piston, you should have the permanent LPG supply.
Check if the engine works.

PS
Is the timing set properly?

I know your deepest secret fear...
J.M.
hello
I tried all possibilities without pedal sensor seat without another truck just starts so h2x393 1,2,4,8,9,104 alarms are useless
I put a new battery and the truck has the same problem he spins the engine so there is no ignition problem.
Another problem is they gave direct current to the solenoid and so gas comes after two minutes and stops.
I just changed the solenoid.

adi m, look at the truck's key switch for high resistance and a possible low voltage to the ignition module. If you are seeing 11 volts or less with a fully charged battery replace the switch and your problem should go away. Good luck & good service.
