Discussion:
LINDE H16 connection problem

Dear Colleagues,

Our partner has encountered a problem with a LINDE Diagnostic. I am addressing you because this partner does not speak English at all, and they taught I might be able to help.

There is a LINDE H16T 2005
H2X350S008--
St-Quentin

He would like to ask his partner who does Laptop maintenance, but the service said, that the diag. connector of the truck is not a straight (4 pole) connector, but a round circle formed one. The service could however plug in his canbox since it is has that particular plug. The problem seems to be with the software.
So the Linde canbox is plugged into the truck, via 4 pole circle connector. The „old" truck doctor does not recognize contact with traction unit. The pathfinder 2010 is also not able to indicate communication.

What should they actually use for these (not German made) Lindes?

I would appreciate any kind of help on his behalf.

Regards

Showing items 1 - 3 of 3 results.
Make sure also that your com port is set on COM1 for the port u used. If you use a usb-to-serial adaptor, might be a good idea to configure the adaptor in every usb of the laptop on COM1
Good Luck

This is strange.

The 350 trucks from 2005 have the new modules (part No starting from 390), similar to the ones used on 391 series.

The Pathfinder with the cables 3903820101 (canbox - truck connection) and 3903820100 (canbox - computer connection) should work properly.

Make sure, if the Linde guy with the computer has the actual base in Pathfinder for such trucks.

Once we enountered such problem with communication and the problem was in the test cables loom on the truck. For several years nobody used them and they got rusted, the insulation was in lousy condition too.

Check this. Perhaps it'll help.
