Hi all,
I have a problem with Linde E48 electric 80V forklift.
The problem is with traction.
Today while driving truck a friend of my push emergency (mushroom like) switch. In that moment truck blocked traction wheels and stop. Now it doesn't work any more. Hydraulic is all ok but traction isn't.
When I turn on the key hour panel show number 32 and after a second show hourmeter. I don't know what this number represent. Is it error code? If it is what does it mean.
None of instrument panel light stay on.
When you push forward (or back.) pedal nothing happens. Contactors don't close.
I tested seat switch, pedal switch, handbrake switch, emergency switch etc. , tested contactors coils all is ok.
What do you think it can be. Is it power pack. I suspect on it because if semiconductors inside are shorted it would explain hard blocking of wheels mentioned earlier. Semiconductors shorted - motor shorted - braking.
What do you think it can be wrong with this forklift.
I appreciate any advice and suggestion.
Greetings

It is most important that you not mention the exact model I imagine that a H2X335 is which is not the year due to the lack of information you give, the 32 is completely normal, if there is no traction failure can have from the throttle to the module operation, due to preloading problems
Hi Mate
From what I understand the panel lights should not remain alit however when direction is selected the forward or reverse green light should light up.
Check the emergency switch if it has a small internal micro switch connected with it as sometimes this can go faulty, but cannot recall if it shuts drive or hydraulics.
