Please help with an advice for a problem with a Linde E25 336-02 series. year 2000
The problem is : He don t want to start.When i put the key-on show me on the display the numeber of houer, but i don t hear the contactor general (force).He remain like this , display on but not doing lift or travel.
I look at microswitches (chair , capote, )
that could be the problem? have understood from the operator that the day after he stopped suddenly, not doing any command. to start was necessary to be stopped and started.The battery is 83 v is somewhere empty and about 74-76v in function of command.i's possible that because my battery to stop functioning?. which is the lower limit of the battery to the truck register errors and does not work.? can set the computer.?

I have no start also. Only 22volt to line contactor.
Battery is good switches are good. It is intermittent fault.
Do you have the information to send me.

Yes joystiks ok. throttle ok.I will look at the cables /conectors from this microswitches.It is a posibility to register in the memory too many error codes similar or the same and do not let him start until i reset??

so start with the basic seat switch cebin switch cable

problem is that it not engages any general contact( power contactor ). hear only some small relays do click then I think it disengages...
Ok i will look tomorow.about this think.that could be the problem? whether flashing or not. seat sensor activates the timer, but the seat sensor we measured seems ok. multimeter ring when I sit on the chair.
look at the hours grower behind the timesheet H flashes this while sitting on the chair??
I have tested the cells.Some cells(2V) at load af aprox 380 Ams remains with 1.8v from 2 or 2,2volts.It is a value in volt , and below this value to stop the truck suddenly. should not inform me on the display?
No , no flashing.on the baterry indicator it's show full.a day beafore the battery is showing full and the truck is stoping without any information about baterry.

Hi Gabi.
If the battery is faulty the main contactor K1 could not be ON.
This is be cause the capacitor of power unit need to be pre-charged up to around >72VDC then it allow K1 ON. If not K1 is not allowed to be ON.
If you measure the battery 83VDC but when it connect to the load (lifting or driving) it go down to 74VDC means that your battery is faulty.
Try to check the battery:
- Votage of each cell = 1.8-2.1 VDC
- Acid density = 1.25%
- Distill watter level ?
Try to change to battery ?
