I looked at a picture of a SW215 kit and that does seem to be the one. I crossed that to a Linde number of 0009414009. Thanks
Well you CAN take them apart and replace the contacts. First remove the cover. In the moving pin (center pin of the solenoid) just beneath the contact there is a hole. You can put a small pin in there and then unscrew the bushing with hex top on top.
BUT! often a platsic bushing in the moving contact gets stamped and shrinks a bit causing the moving contact to stick on the pin. That results in not enough spring pressure on the contact and your new contact will burn again soon.
This relay is the SW215 and a contact kit for that will fit.
The problem that we had was that we couldn't get the contactors apart without breaking them. If someone knows if there is a special tool or trick to getting them apart please let me know.
Well, the news are not very good.
Linde in the catalogue, didn't consider the replacement contacts for this contactor.
Altghough, there may be a trick.
The contactor 7915691041 is for 36V Baxter (american version of Linde 324).
The contactor for Linde 324 - 48 V has the number 7915692516. Of course no contact set for this too in the catalogue.
I am not exactly sure, but the current difference is located rather in coil than contacts.
The issue is, that the same contactor 48V (7915692516) is used in Linde 113 truck. And here Linde offers the contact kit.
The number is 0029780521 for the contact set and
0009780522 for fixed contact.
I cannot guarantee, that the contactors have exactly the same contacts but it's worth checking with your supplier (ask them about some basic dimensions)
