Linde Canbox Blu Cable (Bluethoot)

Hi everybody,
I'v got a big problem with this canbox:
when i connect to pc and forklift i can't configure the port (Com 1, 2...) i see in Device management/Hardware in CONTROLLER USB but not in COM & LPT.....
Who can help me?!?

I have a usb canbox with blue lead but it cannot find the required drivers - can anyone help please ?

Uhm but in that PC i'm under administrator account...
Is the first time that i see this problem.
I've install other canbox but the new (Blue cable) it's the first time!!
Can you send me by mail a tutorial?

Hi

If you are not seeing the canbox under the ports in device manager you need to go into user accounts and reduce the level right down to never notify. this will then show the canbox in the ports section in device manager

Yes, i try all port in the Pc, i see only in Controller USB...
I've install the driver "Install.bat" and "InstallSilent.bat" but it's the same...
