Lift truck not moving

I have a Yale lift truck not moving at all. Forklift displaying error code #4. Kindly assist with troubleshooting.

Check your directional switches. Sounds like one of them is closed during start up.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
