Crown SP3020:
Lift shown on display

I have a machine that shows lift on the display and will not lift when that is on. It goes away when you lift and lower one of the gate bars. I changed all four gate switches. Any ideas I am sure it's something simple I am missing.

Thanks!

Okay well I figured it out. One ofthe raise switches was able to make contac and show the switch closed and told the display that it was trying to raise up. New raise switch problem solved.

Well that didn't fix it. Still says "lift" at first start up after self test. The truck will not allow operator to go up, until either one of the gates are lifted and lowered back down. Then "lift" goes off the display and truck operates normally.

Any ideas anyone?? I have exhausted everything I can think of. Also when I disconnect the wire going to P1 pump on TB101 and it works fine no problems except there is only lift from P2 high speed pump.

Thanks for any help available!!!
