lansing FOER 15.1

Can any body help me. I have a lansing foer 15.1 that does,nt want to lift or tilt. Can any body help with a wiring diagram.

Its as if there is a fuse blown but I have checked all that I have found. HELP!!!!

Hi Guys
Also looking for wiring/schematic diagrams for this truck, ours has the Lansing Hytron V controller,and our problem is lack of (not loss of )motive power, in as much as propshaft tries to turn in either direction, and has intermittently worked OK
All assistance gratefully received
