Komatsu FG30HT-14 transmission trouble

Hello,

I hava a Komatsu FG30HT-14 2001. I replaced all the transmission disks 50 hours ago. At the beginning it worked fine but now it loses strenght back and forward after 30-45 min of hard work. It seems to lose strenght as soon as the oil is warm. I use ATF oil (red one). The oil is new and the level is Ok. I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

cristian, I think that you better measure the oil pressures first. The oil pump is located behind the convertor it isn't so that you can replace it with any kind of pump. Isn't Komatsu in South America that can offer you spare parts?

Thanks for your reply Marc. We did not. I think it may be the problem. We need to import the oil pump but we do not have the specifications. There are just a few of this model in the area (south of Chile) so we do not have technical support. Do you know were can i find the oil pump model? I can not stop the forklift now as we have some deadlines to close.
Best regards
Cristian

Hello Cristian, control all the pressures when the oil is warm. When you changed the discs have you opened the oil pump as well?
