komatsu fb25ex-11 eror code E04 pls help me

yes according to komatsu on this model code 04 is upper FET of travel power module is shorted.
so transistor is most likely suspect

well if it has transistors block burned, please replace also the detector of current, because at deficient detection make a slow or fast signal in an fase and burn at new block or module you replace, in AC machines, in line burnt. it happened to me. when replace a pair of transistor "toyota", the machine stay good four days. a hug for all

hello my friend.
i think this problem is on transitors of traction. if is a machine AC traction, behind at condensators has three transistors blocks, one is burned or more. check this place, if it is not machine AC, sorry.

I think this is a communication line fault code and I think you will have to check all harness connectors for corrosion and broken wires, and i think you may need to have a laptop to clear code.
