komatsu fb15 mg -2r steering

any thoughts, have 3 wheel with stiff steering , have changed pump unit as priority valve fails on this model( also affects tilt though) , linked out pressure switch to run pump all time still stiff to start and at limits , appears to be no parameter for slow pump speed, if use hyd function to speed pump is ok , suspect steer orbital at steer column any one had similar ?

is the steering free? I have had bearings fail in steer units which create stiff or locked up steering.
