The Dr. may be able to help you here.

Please email the Doc the model and serial of your forklift.

The check engine lamp should be illuminated.

I can give you a procedure to access the the code via the check engine lamp, I am sure.

Regards,

Doc

The info on the valve cover is, Nissan K25L October 2005. The symptoms are that the engine will start first turn of the key, will tick over but will not rev up.

Tier 3 is what CARB?

No EPA Tier 3 yet.

That Happens in 2010

Educate yourself.

Is there a Data tag on the valve cover that gives year of production.

The injector problem was resolved back in like 2005 I am thinking?

Komatsu does not use the same enging config that Nissan, Cat or Mitsu uses.

It is more closley related to Tusk, AKA Kalmar, and TCM.

Let me know.

as far as my guys in the shop can tell,if it is a tier 3 propane system they are the same.We have encountered a starting problem (intermittent) with this system and it has been a faulty LPG injector. The factory said to warm the injector up with a heat gun and it proved the bad injector.
