YesSir, it would be far from a remove & replace. Get you a quality reman H20-----

It's a Komatsu, it will be worth it! I am assuming it is anywho!

Motor mounts will have to removed and rewelded, different cooling system, different exhaust system ,data tag will need to be updated (Good luck explaining that one to komatsu) plumb the fuel system, the transmission won't last very long even if you are able to adapt the flywheel ,different wiring harness and key switch, different starter means different bellhousing mount. By the time you're done you will about 3 times the price of a new truck, but hey I do wish you luck with that.

The only one I know might come close is the nissan sd25. Don't really know about the flywheel housing to transmission bolt pattern. The nisssan parts manual only shows a difference in the trans case between the 5,000 lb and 6,000 lb trucks. Still it's just a guess.

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
