Kick back phenomenon

I have Mitsubishi fgc 25 n that is kicking back the steering wheel when steering wheel is turned completely to either direction and hydraulic finger control used at same time happens the worst on lift function any ideas already has new steering orbital

Sounds like a priority valve problem.
