Wont accellerate or rev.
Swapepd the ecm into another truck, ecm works fine in that truck.
any ideas?

pin 104 stays B+ and wont go negitive to activate the ETC relay
so pin 3 is 0v not B+
O2 sen voltage on pin 24 is high 6-10v
crank sensor pin 13 high 6.0v
cam sensor pin 14 high 2,5v
LPG inj pin 119 and 120 low 2.0v
acc pedal sen voltage high pin 91 5v

Any idea what drives pin 104 ?
