Jungheinrich Stacker Error 4214.11

Hi all,
The model year is 2019 and some time it shows error 4214.11 during lifting. I have noticed that this is particularly showing error when the forks taking load during the transfer from the first lifting mast to the next lifting mast and also after first lifting mast at any height.
